Everyone says it, but we really do take pride in the quality of our shirts and in our customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it to us within 30 days of receiving it and we will give you a complete, no quibble, 100% refund or exchange.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we don't promise a refund. But call or email us if you're unhappy. We want to fix it.
We must ask you to return your items to us at your own cost, but we will ship any replacement/exchange items back to you for free.
Please follow the steps below to refund or exchange your order.
- All items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition complete with tags and packaging. You may of course try the shirt on for fit.
- The exception to the above? If the shirt has a flaw in which case we will replace it regardless.
- Fill out the returns form that arrived with your order so we can process everything for you.
- Send your return/exchange back to our warehouse addressed on the returns form which is:

- Once we receive your parcel we will process everything accordingly and keep you updated via email along the way!
We aim to process refunds and exchanges within 3 days of receiving the returned goods. Credit card refunds may take several days to show up on your account.
